Cloud Distros Terms of Service

Cloud Distros provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. All clients of Cloud Distros are subject to the following terms of service:

Indemnification Policy

You agree to use all Cloud Distros services and facilities at your own risk. Cloud Distros specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Cloud Distros be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Cloud Distros harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Cloud Distros, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Distros against liabilities arising out of Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Cloud Distros’s server.

Cloud Distros reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its customers. Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party Copyright infringement any defective products sold to customer from Cloud Distros server. Cloud Distros shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.



At this time we bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending upon the plan. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days we would be happy to provide you with a full refund (For some special offers the money-back-guaranteed day will be varied; and Domain Name registration fee is nonrefundable).

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card (PayPal). For Webhosting plans we will setup your account after the invoice is paid. Clients are encouraged to pay by PayPal as it is the easiest way to handle payment at this time. Their are no contract periods but for each successive period, your contract is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise. Please note, after we cancel your service you have to cancel automatic Renewal payment in your PayPal account. If not, the service will be renewed automatically. Late Payments:

All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on. If the payment is not completed before the expiration date, your account will get deactivated/suspended. If you will not pay for service renew in 5 days after deactivation , your account will be terminated.

Unlimited Disk Space:

We do not set limits on the amount of disk space provided with our shared hosting and reseller hosting plan. We believe our clients should have all the resources necessary to build a great online presence and 99.95% of customers will have more than enough disk space and bandwidth to meet their needs. Please note that providing free hosting, running a image hosting portal or any other file hosting portal, Large Disk websites may cause that we contact you to upgrade to a VPS package! We will NEVER suspend your account without a notice like some other hosts do!


Unlimited cPanel Accounts:

We wont limit any account creation as long the following terms apply:


  • No free Hosting
  • No mass migrations
  • Any action that have financial impact of Zoti Media Group

We reserve the right to disable your account if no cooperation is offered from the user side.


Suspended accounts:

We keep suspended accounts for 5 days on the server. After the day 5 acounts are getting terminated


Free Domain, Dedicated IP & other free features:

Are offered on all yearly+ plans. You have to request those features on the first 30 days from the account creation. Due to our billing system no free features are offered after the 30 days are passed.


Extra Features:

Malware Removal Service (main site only once), Migration/Restore Assistance, AdWords Credit, Domain Reseller Account and other extra features that Cloud Distros offers, will be available only for yearly purchased Products. When a client pays month to month, those Features will be available after 6 months. When a yearly payment was made and the client requires one or all Extra Features, will not be able to receive a refund (30 Day after the purchase) after he/she get’s one or all Extra Features.


DDoS Protection:

Cloud Distros offers a free Unlimited DDoS Protection to all Clients. If for any reason your Project attracts daily DDoS attacks, we have the right to disable your account and to ask you for a report that what you are hosting that you attract the large number of the attacks. We will enable again your account if you provide us with informations regarding the attacks. If you ignore our mails/tickets, your account will be disabled until you answer our questions.



Cloud Distros shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from Cloud Distros servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, Cloud Distros shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of Cloud Distros servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.


Identity Verification:

We carefully evaluate new accounts to determine high risk orders. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account as you may have been selected randomly. Please provide the requested information at your earliest convenience to ensure that your account is set up as soon as possible.



Cloud Distros cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by Cloud Distros are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by Cloud Distros are not directly owned or written by Cloud Distros. Moreover, Cloud Distros holds no responsibility for the use of our clients accounts. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed, the account in question will be automatically deactivated. We reserve the right to remove any account without advanced notice for any reason without restitution as Cloud Distros sees fit. FURTHERMORE, Cloud Distros retains the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimer without notification.


Money Back Guarantee:

If an account with a 30 day money-back guarantee is purchased and cancelled within 30 days of sign up, the Customer will, upon request, receive a full refund of all hosting fees. Requests for these refunds should be made through our Billing Team. Refunds made for a 30 day money-back guarantee will not include domain registration fees, setup fees, or any fees for additional services that are purchased in the first 30 days. The Money Back Guarantee applies to new clients only. Spammers, Hackers and other clients that try to do illegal things will not be refunded.


Uptime Guarantee:

Cloud Distros strives to maintain a 99.9% network and server uptime service level. This uptime percentage is a monthly figure, and is calculated solely by Cloud Distros monitoring systems or Cloud Distros authorized/contracted outside monitoring services. If Cloud Distros fails to meet its 99.9% uptime guarantee, and it is not due to one of the exceptions below, credits will be made available to each client, upon request, on a case by case basis. Cloud Distros does not credit a full month’s service for minor downtime. This would not be financially healthy for Host4Half, and in turn would only negatively affect the service level Cloud Distros provides to you. “Partial refunds for partial downtime” is our standard policy. In extreme circumstances, Cloud Distros may distribute full month credits, but this is dealt with on a case by case basis. Credits are issued for one month’s service only, never more.
